As a women that works, has children & a husband I found it very difficult to take on the added responsibility of a graduate program mainly because I felt that it would take away from the time I had for my family. I later realized that by continuing in my ongoing quest for self improvement that I was benefiting everyone in my family in the long term, albeit while taking away some of their personal time in the short term "no true right or wrong". I have really enjoyed the excerpts from this book and plan to read it first hand as soon as I get through my coursework!
